I would wait before painting cabinets and making other major changes like wall color, back of bar and crown molding. Your kitchen looks nice as it is.
One thing that glares out at me is the refrigerator sticking out into the kitchen. Can a cabinet be built to help the refrigerator blend into the cabinetry? Can another lower profile refrigerator be chosen?

I was going to ask for photos of the sofa, but I see you have them in your ideabook. You have a photo of 2 Bassett rooms. I'd buy a large area rug similar to the rugs in either photo (either rug would be suitable) & keep the walls in the LR-DR-kitchen the neutral they are already painted. The kitchen counters appear gray and will blend with the sofa, chair & rug + touches of blue pillows. The mustard pillows might not work, you will have to evaluate later.
