Paint advice anyone?

Been in our new build for aost a year an am starting to consider paint. I'm leaning towards shades of grey but don't know how dark or light to go and if there should be an accent wall or not. Also, with it being open concept I am confused as to which rooms/walls should be different (if any) and what to do about the bulkheads. Should they be painted too? In the same colour or used as an accent?
