My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Love, love this exterior! There's a lot about the inside that I love, (and have searched literally hundreds of plans) but have had a very difficult time finding "the one". Is there a similar plan to this one that has a little more open concept living? Love all what this plan offers (4th bedroom, office, etc) but want it a little more open. Thanks!

    We do not have this exact design with a more open living space but you may be interest in something like The Giselle, Plan 1295. We also offer modification services on all of our plans. You can request changes with our online modification form.
