My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The fencing is cedar stained with Ben Moore Arborcoat in a semi-solid finish. I believe the color is Westcott Navy.

    Local carpenter did per our design...cedar boards with grey tint. Most semi-talented carpenters should be able to knock it off :).
