What if you painted the bottom cabinets a light gray and kept the upper cabinets white? Don't know if you plan on replacing the counter tops but a solid surface with grey and white tones in it would bridge the colors on the cabinets and floor.

Oh -- your countertops look great. So maybe pull that lighter gray out of the flecks in the counter tops for the bottom cabinets ... White uppers... White or marble subway tiles across backsplash. Would look great!

Hi there Nonameguy! I also agree with the suggestions above, with one further tip. If you decide to keep your white floors, and decide to paint the upper cabinets white also, then make sure that both whites are the same or have the same undertone otherwise they will clash. Not sure if I'm completely sold on the different colors for the uppers and lowers, but then again never really thought about it. Definitely something to think about...

So nobody thinks the idea of white cabinets on white floors work?

All grey is fantastic too, even a lighter grey than pictured. If you want white, an area rug (outdoor rugs could work) to break it up in a complimentary color

Hi again Nonameguy. I actually meant to answer your question about an all white kitchen. Sorry about that. Of course you can paint everything white, if that is what you want, however, as I mentioned above it has to be same white, same undertone as the floor. There will need to be some visual interest, texture though, otherwise it will be quite bland. You can achieve this through your backsplash, or by adding some glass front cabinets on the uppers, by adding some colour by painting your kitchen or through the countertops. I tried to find you an all white kitchen picture example and actually there were not a lot. In this example attached, the visual interest was created by the stainless steel appliances, chimney fan, cabinet hardware and backsplash, marble countertops, a turquoise ceiling and great lighting. So yes, to answer your question it can be done!!!
