Who makes these cabinets and can they go to an 8 foot ceiling with no space?

    These are Fabuwood Wellington Ivory. They are what we call high end stock or imported cabinets.They price out really good, good quality and they look great.
    As far as the crown to the ceiling,all you need is a base molding before the crown.
