My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Shipped the wrong item

I ordered the flat wooden bowl with handles, and the bowl that came does not have them. I don't want to pay return shipping for a shipping error. What do I need to do?

    The same thing happened to me. I have sent a message to the seller. Did they respond to your satisfaction??

    No response at all. It makes me hesitant to order anything through houzz :-(

    I did get a response. First sent a message to the seller and no response from that yet, but I went ahead and put in a return request on the Houzz website and listed the reason as the wrong item was sent. Houzz did respond to that and said they would contact the seller. We'll see what happens next...
