My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    haha Just as you use close your cutlery draw to use your kitchen bench top, you need to close the stairs to go upstairs. Build them and you will see....

      Yeah if kids leave these drawers open and you try to go downstairs half asleep, it's dark... accident waiting to happen :(

      I would think if you are not able to remember not to jump over these two step on your way up, then they probably are not suited to your low IQ family style. smh

      A light that activates when they are open would solve this challenge. I admit it's a very cool idea but a bit of a safety concern.
