My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The counter top on the left (inherited) is a simple light granite with slight dark and cranberry flecks. The counter top on the right is zinc . LOVE it. Got the idea from a HOUZZ article. One has to be comfortable with the uneven way it ages, but i'm fine with that. (owner and selecter of zinc)
