fascia wrap and finish

I am a builder in Park City and would love to know the detail on the top cord of fascia.
Is the top cord a 2by member wrapped w steel? what is the gutter system and how is it tied into fascia to appear to be the same elevation/ component. Really pretty. thank you..

My husband and I absolutely love this house. It truly is a one of the nicest homes we've seen. Please can you tell me what you used for siding, wood and rock?

The siding is Western Red cedar, the trim is the same and the stone is split, weathered basalt.

I hope this helps a bit.
