My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is soapstone, which has a wonderful, rich color (primarily a modeled green-gray). It was chosen by my clients and definitely very handsome, but my understanding is that it's quite porous and difficult to keep from absorbing spilled liquids like red wine or oil.
