We love our Siena White Barcelona chairs and they look amazing on our new walnut floors . A lovely place to relax with a glass of wine and listen to some piano music! Our red boucle Egg chair in the next room is fabulous. Love the colour and the feel of the fabric. The fact that the chair swivels works so well in a conversation area. Very pleased with our choices.

Loving Rove furniture is as easy as breathing. Sounds “syrupy”, yet I could not be more sincere. I admittedly should have sent in reviews upon purchasing the Barcelona chairs and then the Knoll sofa and love seat two years ago – as not a single day passes that I do not take a deep breath, look at my room fondly and smile : )

The quality and construction of Rove furniture are simply Amazing! I’m actually understating how impressed I/we were. Our home is a mix of Rove, DWR and Room&Board, and I myself am rather particular - more like difficult to please ; ) I of course compare everything, and can honestly say that I could not be more delighted with my Rove furniture. And I remain utterly tickled with! Our entire family which is comprised of 4 Labs and a Weim are testaments to the sheer durability (and were the very reason we were looking for affordably premium MCM in the first place). We ALL live, play, sleep on and enjoy the furniture daily!

Rove absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way! Above and beyond… from the furniture itself to the kind, courteous and knowledgeable staff - whether on the phone or when communicating via email. Even the items came packed with the utmost care. What could have been sterile transactions on RoveConcepts.com were somehow experiential and lasting. Order - to door (delivery) - to our every day. Rove enabled us to truly LOVE, and more importantly LIVE in our room again! For that, we will be forever grateful – and loyal customers singing your praises.

The kids have pretty much taken over the love seat! Not to say that you can't often find them all lounging on the furniture while we watch news from the floor. Totally separate for those curious about the strange color scheme... the room is to painted light gray. Will go wonderfully with the charcoal Knoll S/LS & other Rove chairs - as well as the carpet/accessories (although difficult to see in the main photo). Majority of rooms are painted now - I merely petered out - as you can imagine the household can be a tad hectic. Almost done! I say that knowing I cannot help but start on another room &/or make refinements. When I'm not working, there's nothing more fun!! No offense to our amazing dog park ; )

You will see four Rove Hans Wegner Wishbone chairs (in walnut) featured in my kitchen eating area. The chairs bring everything together – The walnut chair frame integrates with the walnut base cabinets throughout the kitchen (not just in the eating area pictured here) and the natural straw seat brings warmth to the otherwise cool, modern kitchen set-up. Beautifully made. Very comfortable. Nicely priced. I am saving my pennies for two Rove Slice Chairs for the living room next!

The Rove Concept Barcelona chairs are absolutely prefect. beautifuly designed, extremely well made. The customer service was amazing, so friendly and quick to reply. From start to finish I had such a great experience with Rove Concepts. Not to mention how beautiful the space turned out.

It's interesting that the contest is called Stage, Share & Discuss YOUR Rove Concepts furniture and the top winner is a professional designer/decorator. I guess I could have put up a picture of someone else's furniture as long as it was purchased from Rove. I wish I would have known up front and I wouldn't have wasted my time.

Hey Jarrod. For what it's worth, I believe I won the email submission prize (vs Houzz grand prize) and I'm definitely not a designer (I wish). Far from... I work in sales & marketing intelligence for a CPG company. aka senior # cruncher. I also loved your submission!! Your pic is inspiring me to get the daybed for our family room : ) Meg

Regardless that the winner is a professional, that doesn't change the contest criteria. I feel that the winner utilized the space well contrasting the clean lines of the modern chairs with the natural organic wood and worn rug. While it's done well, it's not unattainable by your average weekend decorator. This website is a great reference. I think we should use it for what it's here for instead of becoming sour grapes when things don't go our way.

When all is said and done, you all have reproductions, with a lot of complaints, trials, and tribulations. Hopefully, the end-all aesthetic value is working for you. Purchasing the quality originals is the only way to go - although pricey -- but great investments!.

I believe it was William Morris, one of the most significant cultural figures of Victorian Britain who may address your point best. Known for his beautiful textile designs, poetry, and visionary thinking, Morris was burned with guilt at the fact that his "good fortune only"allowed him to live in beautiful surroundings. This drove him to write the extraordinary utopian novel News From Nowhere in 1890. In this novel he eloquently stated "What business have we with Art at all, unless all can share it?"

In current society as the separation of wealth becomes more distant, the echoes of his prolific philosophy could not be more apropos. Merely a select few can afford an original $10,000 Ludwig Mies van der Rohe 1930s daybed, and personally I think it is wonderful that a company such as Rove Concepts can make such a quality product at a price point that enables so many true lovers of beautiful design (Jarrod E, Pawky252, Megjdavis, Slowlyrenovating, Nadine_77, JeffreyPalmer, T Gary, and yes me Ryan- strugling artist trying to start a business) to share in appreciation of the beautiful Art that it is.

hi pawky252, would you mind sharing if your chairs are the "walnut" or "american walnut." looking at the options on the wishbone chair and wondering which to go with. thanks!

I bought a Saarinen womb chair replica, from Rove Concepts online, which was beautiful until it began to fade about nine months later. When I corresponded with the claims department, I was told that my problem was not covered under Warranty, and I was asked whether the chair was sitting in a sunny spot. I told him that I live in Washington State, which is not particularly known for its abundance of sunny days, but that his question seemed irrelevant. He said that my husband and I caused the problem through "general use" : sitting in it. Here are pics of the chair when new (with pillows) and one taken nine months later. I have never been so frustrated with a company's lack of concern with what is obviously a serious problem.

I am posting one further photo of the chair with the cushions removed, to show the extent of the fading.

It is faded. The areas that are very white-looking may be somewhat worn, but we have done nothing but sit in it for a few hours each evening, nothing that is unexpected for a chair. My concerns have been totally dismissed by RC. Fully aware that I should not have bought a knockoff, I wish there were something I could do to show others what kind of company this is.

No, they will not look into it, and only reply that the problem is not covered by warranty. Their return policy is that defective merchandise must be returned within three days; of course, there was no way that this defect could have been noticed within that period of time.

Sandra, have you posted a review of the product and of Rove Concepts? That picture of your chair would stop me in my tracks if I was reading reviews for the chair prior to purchasing!!

Margo, RC will not leave up my review on their site. I have not posted one for a few days, so perhaps I should try to keep a step ahead of them!

This Company is a complete scam. Read these reviews carefully. They list items as too new to send a swatch and at the same time put them on " final sale " , final sale items, even when they are not close out or the sale even really final, are completely un-returnable for any reason, no matter how poor the quality, how much they don't fit the online photos or discretion, or even damaged. You are basically paying several thousands of dollars to purchase something with no guarantee that it will even look like the online photos.

Who would want to buy products that the company doesn't stand behind at all. If you have any doubt of what I am saying, call or chat with them, or read their fine print. This company is a SCAM and a RIPOFF!!!

If you look at the site you will also notice that almost every item is either custom or final sale, so no returns even on stock items, even if you pay shipping both ways!!

However, I would like to note that any item that arrives not as described online, or damaged to your home is still eligible for a claim (replacement, repair, or refund) even if the product is Final Sale, and the same goes for Custom Orders. Moreover, the vast majority of our products on our site are in-stock products, with only some selections in more unique colours are Custom Order in that case.
