Thank you! I like the open concept better although the mosquitoes are terrible in the summer. All the houses have the same paint color porch floor so I think that's what the original builder had but I really don't care for it. You've given me an idea with the color of the flooring though. Thank you!

LOVE your porch and have always wanted one just like it. Painting the floor could be a fun project to give you a new look.

This porch is a wonderful asset to your home. What's missing are decorative pillars or posts that give support to your floating roof. You are in need a focal point that draws attention to your porch. Bright white columns sandwiched between the roof and brick capped wall will do just that.

Mosquitos prevented us from enjoying evenings outside. We added a screen porch and use it all the time. I like the look of a front porch covered vs screened, but if you don't use it as is then it's wasted space.

I love a screened porch - can be out with no bites! porches like this need a swing or glider or both, and a ceiling fan! is your siding 2 different colors?

The siding is the same color - it was not a very nice day out when I took the picture. I'm trying to figure out a way to make the porch look different than all the rest on the street. I'm not fond of the brick columns and would love to replace them with a stone look/white column. I'm just not sure if what I picture in my head will actually look good on the house.
