Kitchen Cabinets Color Choice

I am looking for help in the decision of what color to paint the cabinets we have a backsplash that is a Santa Fa look, dark brown/lack granite We need to paint the cabinets, they are yellowing and it has been 13 years. The cabinets are in excellent condition, but, the color is the problem We have painted the walls SW Versatile and backed it out 50%. I can not paint white or cream maybe a bone color I am not sure. We are more of a urban style home so have to keep it out of the country look... Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Like the bone colour, I was thinking more a revere pewter colour. It is versatile to pick up accents

When you say a revere pewter color, do you have a paint company in mind that I might go and get a sample of...I am all for making up sample boards until I get this as right as I can. Thank you so much.

Thank you once again. In your opinion is this color more on the warmer side...maybe a great base and depending on depth have to back it out a bit...time will tell...I will keep you posted on that one...Thank you once again appreciate your time.

Hello again, I just saw a color called edgecomb gray by BM it seems to be in the warmer under tones,,,just wondering if it is warmer than revere pewter...I am just a tad on the wondering side that if I put gray on the cabinets would it be too much with the Versatile gay on the walls...it is a decorating dilemma Thank you, when you get another chance to think about this one, so appreciate it. "Bone" is another option, using Versatile gray might be an option just not at 50% back out but more like 20 to get depth question, that back splash

Here is where I cannot help you as paint nuances become subtle at this point and factors in situ will affect the colour of paint nuance. Why not get tester pots for both, paint a sheet of white paper and stick them to the cabinet fronts with painters tape. Live with it for a few days noting the colour in day, night and weather ... You will immediately see what works and doesn't.

Yes, that is what I will do and see how that flows. Will keep you posted, might be helpful down the trail for someone that runs into the same kind of decorating problem. Thank you for your time, you gave me a direction that was a good starting point. I have one of those eyes for color that picks up the shades very quickly of what is in it...ie yellow undertones, blue, reds, sometimes it is helpful other times it is a pain because it drives us all crazy, I do not mean too, but, as you say paint nuance is the challenge.
