I love this design with the extended brow roof. I am concerned that on my property because I live on a hillside that rainwater will saturate the hillside on the back side of the house. The land has been graded and compacted so should I be without worry ( during the unusually heavy rainstorms approx. six years agoI had a mudslide due to the fact that the previous owners had a retaining wall that was not structural in the back. It was basically floating on the dirt)?
