My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It was actually a fabric from Mark Levine Window treatments, which was a plush corduroy. Would be very difficult to find. Your best bet would be to visit the fabric houses to see all the different materials available. So many incredible fabrics out there. Good luck. Shelley Starr
