My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The theater chairs are made by Pallisar model #41901 in Carnival Leather. This home theater was completed in 2008, so not sure if you can still get an exact match.

Can you tell me the name of the paint color? Looking at the wall with the light sconces.

Yes, the wall that the sconces are attached to is upholstered in a textured fabric over acoustic panels. The lighter soffit area and walls in the back of this media room are painted in Benjamin Moore #HC-44 Lenox Tan.
