Each window unit is about 24" wide. The windows are separated vertically by curved laminated wood beams and vertically by two engineered wood studs. All wood framing members were connected to one another using steel connector angles. The weight of the windows are supported not only by the window sill setting on the curved laminated wood beams but also by the perimeter nailing flange of the window that attaches to all framing members around the perimeter of the window opening. The windows are not curved but curved trims were custom made for both the exterior and interior to create the illusion that the actual windows curve. I have attached additional photos to help illustrate how this was accomplished.
