How do you trim out a door like this flush with drywall?

How do you make a door like this flush with the drywall? I like the look of no trim. Can you order it prehung with some sort of corner bead that you just mud over?

Hi espiritiv! Thanks for your comment/question. I agree that this square, flush drywall look is attractive. This image is from a home in Bend, OR. Most prehangers would be able to supply you with doors prehung in a frame that had an accommodation - like a rabbet or a kerf cut - milled into the frame edge to your spec to allow for the easy addition of corner bead lathe. I'd speak to our folks in Portland (Alliance Door Products 503.924.5664) or to a drywall contractor to see what some established practices are to get this clean look. What is the depth of the reveal here? I love the look here, how the jamb is close to being flush with the drywall, but with a small recess. What is the distance between the drywall and the jamb?
