Garage doors need windows at top and hardware. Even though your garage door appears to be remote controlled hardware imo adds that additional 'plus'. The color of it needs to be changed also bc it looks like the focal point

I think the garage door looks fine. You may want to change color on the door and remove the shutters. Try a pergola across the entry and garage door,Get some larger light fixtures up... bold ones.

I like the size and style of your shutters. If you want to change the color you have great flexibility because the stucco is so neutral. Go to Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams and load up a photo of your home in the visualizer and select a color that is pleasing to you. The garage door should be painted a color to blend I with the stucco so it's not a focal point.

The biggest issue you have is your landscaping. To me the entry to your home looks blocked by the landscaping that is place directly in front of the entrance. Plus your trees are overgrown at the entrance. Yet the rest of the foundation plantings look skimpy. I think you could change the entire look by changing the landscaping :)
