Small kitchen dilemma

My kitchen is small and when I bought my house it came with new counter tops and cabinets but the counter on the right of my stove with the cabinets above to the right do not sit well. It's an awkward space it's like the cabinet on top is in the way. What should I do. Please help.

Rollaway island that you can put under the cabinets when not in use. Pot hangers under the cabinets. But you need a different vantage point for other suggestions.

You have an awkward soffit in the way of the cabinets. I'd probably take out the two cabinets (either side of soffit) and add floating shelves instead. Or add filler material that matches to fill in the gaps.

I would replace the three cabinets on the empty wall with open shelves and put a rolling prep cart under the new shelves. Perhaps one with a butcher block top?

I would leave the cabinets the way they are and get a custom wine rack built for that space. Even if you don't drink wine it will look great

And finish the trim on the one cabinet
