I started a remodel project and went to a"reputable " design firm, problem is they seem to be in transition I thought they should know what they were doing because I certainly had no knowledge apparently my consultant didn't ask some pertinent questions and basically I got horrible windows. I only ordered a partial order to begin with. I have since gone elsewhere and am working with someone who has 30 years experience it is like night and day the level of professionalism. My question is, Can I return the two "horrible windows? I had the rest of my order on hold and went elsewhere for a second opinion. That was a good move. In all I have 4 doors and 14 windows that completes my order. Only want to return the first 2 windows the bathroom window is marginal but I can live with it and the 2 doors were specially made and I am happy with them. They also sold me the wrong tub Kohler Tea for Two bathtub with no side tile flange even though I informed them it was going in an alcove. I'm meeting with the tile contractor this week, he says he can work around it. I can't post pics right now because I am not on site. Can do the tomorrow if necessary.
