My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The hot rolled steel panels are attached with exposed fasteners. The fasteners match so they aren't really noticeable and the steel is over solid backing so it would take a really big hit to dent them. The hearth can also be matched in color really well using concrete with a polished finish.
