My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Thinking that possibly we place the fireplace on the side of house looking towards our neighbors Tudor style home instead of blocking the view in the front? We like the big window look which should open onto a front deck with the curved little windows above the windows below, accented by nice beams.
