Just noting these sticking out rails for hanging coats - could be good for our cloakroom, area where we want a combination of railings and hooks under a shelf.

Ignore window, but this is looking like the sort of layout we will have for laundry space in garage. Attractive cupboards and good idea to have a useful hanging space for shirts as they dry. Nice basic bench/folding space. Just need to imagine a tall cupboard on right for hot water cylinder.
