2nd Floor Remodel
Things we like for the kitchen remodel and 2nd floor addition
Photo
like the full mirror, space between the sinks - this is a very similar layout to our new bathroom.
don't like the overhead light, too busy. I like the full shower, but we'll need a bathtub upstairs.

like the separated sinks (drawer gap between) for some elbow room. do not like the mirrors - prefer full-wall mirrors.

Corner shelf for upstairs bathroom. Soap and shampoo must have good drainage.

2-panel door (arch at top is nice but not a must if $$$$).

Like thinish vertical bars that aren't too fancy. Like the circle terminator. Like the WHITE vertical railing components. Like the rich polished cherry banister.
Kenyu isn't as much a fan of these simple thin vertical bars.

Or wood in kitchen floors is probably ok too. there is a weird transition between rest of house as direction changes on either side of our kitchen so instead of new wood sandwiched between and varying direction, the tile option might be better.

Kitchen Flooring - decent pattern and variation

Backsplash tile - good size, variation, not a crazy pattern or color, looks good with the white cabinets and counter

Backsplash tile style - not too crazy size or color, some variation

2nd floor bathroom - like whites - clean and slick. flush sinks with standard hardware (no weird fancy gooseneck/angled faucets). light counter.

I like Wood slats, circle bottom terminator, not too thick or fancy vertical bars.
Don't like top bar is too dark, prefer lighter rail.

like light countertops, light design, white cabinets, simple/modern handles (don't like the back wall tile/whatever)
