Foyer -The iron railing doesn't have to be THIS intricate, but I do want a design not just straight bars; I don't want the top to be wood ideally if possible Marble tiles are nice with a simple design +/- - Ceiling design Overall I like this foyer

**STANDING SHOWER FOR BASEMENT" --clean design with the cool colors and the dark fixtures. -Delta shower head with handheld - idk if it comes in black? -depending on cost, will consider in wall faucets vs regular -towel rack will be larger or 2 of the same depending on size of room -Toilet paper holder should be the same fixture color -ALL TOILETS will be the tallest allowable -The large mirror is also nice. -Vanities with sink also nice -want tiled walls - not paint -shower needs bench if possible -CONCERN: leak from shower door b/c of flat surface - solution?
