My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Definitely go to the showrooms. I think finding the right tub is very personal. Something I found to be an issue was sharp edges that hurt my arms when I climbed out. We ended up going for a traditional rolled top. We got the Victoria and Albert York tub. I've been very happy with it, and so has my super tall husband. I've become a bather again, and have a hard time deciding between a bath or shower in our new bathroom because I love them both so much. i should add that despite my advanced age of 45, I have no problems climbing in and out of the bathtub.
