MT Back Yard - Siri
"Glencoe French Chateau - Formal Pool and Landscape" something simple alongside the garage to the backyard, minus the arborvitae-type of fence - I doubt we have room. And what about getting services to the back of the home? Too much landscaping might be undesirable if it gets damaged. Discuss this with architects, builder, and landscaper.
This has a flat back 1. Can we get approval from HOA for rain chains in front or back of home and 2. Does this designidea work for our architects?

"Lakeshore Residence Rustic Patio, San Francisco" The stone fire pit continues the stone wall theme - could that fire pit be placed on discreet casters or a platform with casters? Will likely want to move a fire pit for cleaning off the patio, and if we want the patio cleared for whatever reason(s).
"Lakeshore Residence Rustic Patio, San Francisco" The boulders are laid so that the face is relatively even, which is likely better in a small patio area. The built-in stone bench creates more seating and breaks up the overall height of the wall. Note the corner transition wall that support the staircase (we will not need stairs in our back yard), but may need a corner transition from back of lot to neighbor's home on NE corner.
Reminder: IDEA - plant stand by kitchen windows. Live plants keep the air in the house clean and enhance well-being. (This picture is for the garage area.) I would like something more industrial, wood and metal.
Nice - this is already on wheels. If we have some room, and get approval for it, this could be wheeled into the discreet chicken wire cage, and yet be moved out if there is better sun in another area of the back yard patio. The V-shape base works for root vegetables.
I like the stone wall that is accented with up lighting. The small grill is on that wall. On the opposite wall is another textural element, and overall, this achieves a really interesting rustic look. Such a view out the back! So my guess is that the two wall surfaces are used on the exterior of the home and the stone is used in the interior for a fireplace.
Note the infrared heater built into the bottom of the walkway above, to keep people underneath the walkway warm.
Reminder to add accent lighting in landscape plan.

"Formal Falls Landscape" add a bit of fire to the mix. . . hmm is that just too much?
