My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Stone work, windows shutters, arch ways. Glass and steel:iron doors. Potentially swap timber for glass ceiling and partial render on the stonework to soften. Dont like the light fittings. Same for next photo.

Open space, plenty of light, entrance door nice, door off the hall possibly into utility/wet room a good idea. The uplighting detail in the floor under the bench is subtle and adds a welcoming and tasteful atmosphere.
