clean modern bathroom - floor tile and shower. Floor tile might be hard to keep clean. Don't like the vanity light.

clean, modern fireplace with small opening for fire. I like the big sliders to open to the patio and built-in shelves on either side with windows to let in light.

glass wall/doors. I'm concerned about the lack of light in family room and living room - they face east, so only morning sun. I thought if we could have a moveable wall to open if we want to, and shares the light between rooms.
