As said before, I love been seating for out of doors, not this specific type of full bench, but on wall seating truly expands a space by not having to allow for space behind a chair against a wall. Outdoor banquettes essentially

I like this simple outdoor BBQ. I think an L-shaped will be tough given the layout of backyard. I have overlaid a sketch with the corner bbq area near the kitchen rear patio and also a straight linear one with user in behind. We will walk the yard and make formal commitments to which is best.

What I find unbelievable about this beautiful bbq district the fatal flaw is no sink nearby for the many many times immediacy to water and the ability to have very close at hand water and drainage for the many efforts of outdoor entery

Should we do all concrete for BBQ or will that be too much of one material given the grass crete around the pool. Let’s not consider it concrete so much as stucco to match the house. BBQ structures need to visually weighted for sure and given we don’t love the sanded stucco, it’s perhaps a good option with simple wooden doors to match pergola material would begin to harmonize the various outdoor districts

This is one of my favorite looks,Three materials that harmonize and are relevant to the outdoor districts as a whole. Love the benching aspects for many reasons.

This is gorgeous absolutely and one thing to note and is one of my favorite things is the flat topped grill, the bulbous hoods of most all bbqs are so in your face, but they allow for rotisserie action within the domed cover. But this flat grill is a modernist visual dream and of course in this case let’s the pizza dome be the star of the show.

Showstopper for sure, and the cost of that slab work whisk this bbq area offers no storage whatsoever
