dogwash needs to be large enough for a retriever - this one would be too small I think.

good combo of laundry, dog wash and mudroom with exit out to fenced yard (with laundry line?). I could see this space working so long as it could be gated off from main entrance so dogs could be contained if/while guests arrive.

I don't need individual cubbies in the mudroom - but like the idea of some hooks as well as a closet.

this would be a difficult dog wash to use...as it would be hard to access the length of the dog without getting right in there with them.

Curtain rod for hanging shirts - laundry room will need to have space for clothes tree and something to dry shirts. Should also have access to outdoor laundry line.
