12/10: The box shape (parapet wall) is disrupted by the overhang, which helps break it up and adds interesting asymmetry.
12/10: A good degree of overhang on the roof cap makes the box shapre more palatable for me. Also, the cables (vs poles) for the door overhang are a nice touch.
12/10: A version of S facing windows that I really like (as a possible alternative to 1), but spaced more tightly. Just an idea.
12/10: Illustrates the kind of square/parapet situation that I could possibly warm up to (having a cap on the roof lines). Also like the use of mixed materials/colors to break it up and create some intrigue.
