My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Lot of similarities to our project, good reference: height difference between kitchen & great room is too pronounced when kept open - example of why we may want to separate kitchen from great room.

Another room with some similarities to our current home layout. We like the lighting along the top molding. Do not like the openness with the kitchen given how much it highlights the differing heights of great room vs. kitchen.
