Ceiling details are nice. I don't mind the beam detail as much when its white. We don't want classic coffered ceilings as we find them a bit formal and stuffy.

We love how bright, open and spacious this room is. Not necessary for double height but highest ceiling. Love the flow into dining, kitchen and outside.
