My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

like the floor, though more bluestone less yellow best. Like the fireplace (but we will have non-vent gas here). Don't love the furniture and our wall on left will be less detiailed, but need it to prevent wind/cold and to store all outdoor cushions and cooking tools and other hardware items

cold weather touches here...seating NEAR the fire and overhead heating. We may need infrared as well and portable units. Keep in mind spigots hidden for rinsing patio and power outlets in multiple locations

note heating is important...height of ceiling may determine efficiency of heat units

simple furniture that is weather proof will be important. Wood ceiling nice Also weighted to prevent shifting on windy days. Also, Cushions that can stay outside always. TV that is for outdoor use, etc.
