My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I like these vertical slats for the deck handrail. I imagine they would start at the back of the deck to screen the back of the property then wrap around to the side that looks out towards the Egnots place. They’d only go maybe 3-4 mtrs along that side before transitioning to a glass handrail.
