My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Ours would be accessed from the slider. Maybe convert to doors. The slider rails are a pain to clean. Still need screen, tho, to keep the bugs out.

Simple dry paved area under deck. Pervious paving. Ours would match the grade of the downstairs floor, which is several inches below the grade of the yard. So ours would need a course of retaining against the planting beds to either side, and a step or 2 up to the lawn.
