My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Basic utility room. Would like a storage closet and built in ironing board. Also want room for a drying rack.

Washer dryer area (prefer top loading washer), countertops and a deep sink. Also want a broom closet for storage and cabinets for cleaning supplies. Utility room can be pretty simple. Just want it functional and to include storage.
