My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Looking at the color/painted cabinets here. Maybe in this room we go for a nice color in the contemporary cabinets instead of more wood tones. Something like a slate blue?

Maybe if stackable washer/dryer isn't the best solution (need to know issues and concerns with stackable?), we can relocate w/d to the window wall? Or is that not good bc of the plumbing requirements.

We wouldn't need this much, but a little area to hang jackets and dog leashes, plus a landing spot for shoes/boots would be idea. Plus a landing pad for keys, mail, etc. Would love to have that in laundry/mudroom rather than kitchen.
