I'm sure we can't get all these windows, but love the feel of this space

like this stonework (thinking of the wall partition)

clean but warm entryway (I like that we're working to have stone as part of the entry (using the partition wall)

love the light but natural feeling brick and fireplace has a sitting area

like the gas fireplace having a 'conversation pit' feel and like the idea of using tile or brick (natural colors) for wrapping it

like the mix use of materials (I think that partition wall you have in mind will cover this)

like the feeling that the living room opens up to the outdoors (but it doesn't have to open up nearly this much)

like the feel of this space but doesn't need to feel dark like this
