could have tall radiator otherside of existing boxing-in, and as long as curtains not in front of it. then free up alot of space on this wall and don't have cost of going through wall from dining room?

light to medium warm bright flooring but we don't have an area where we can do this unless over the parquet, it will jar with parquet if in sun room esp the pattern as its so busy and garage is too small an area

sliding doors even with thin frames is quite obvious esp black and the thicker sliding bit. tiled floor....
