Q

One sink but maximum storage and decent counter space. Created the look of a double sink w light fixtures. I don’t like this wall of mini drawers, however.

Make use of our bathroom size and odd shape. One sink, walk-in shower and bath. Plus I heart marble in bathrooms.

Color, storage and pulls. Yes! These pulls (like our Croton kitchen) maybe too wide.

Beautiful marble/ granite with blue line plus under counter blue. Rest of kitchen is white. I’m still not feeling white kitchen cabinets, especially with gold details.

Blue subway tile pops against white. Use off a rug. (Kitchen rug cleaning?) This tile sparks more than ours because ours is too delicately colored to live in a white kitchen. Price of retiling versus refacing cabinets?

Could redo liquor cabinet to be more functional. Hidden.

Color and floor. This floor doesn’t belong with style of my house but warmer than modern home decor. Blue makes me realize that I think I would prefer natural wood stained cabinets. Is there saving my kitchen through paint alone?

Stools under counter. Matching touch above range. I wonder if swapping out the trim along the top of my kitchen with natural wood (match stairway) along with painting the contrast color or adding wood paneling on the liquor cabinet could be enough real wood.

Modern is to keep kitchen cabinets white and color the island. Match funky wall w glass art hung.

Structure French doors w valance? (No curtains needed.) Leave windows smallest shade profile. Brings eye to viewpoint. Potential valance to side windows plus kitchen window, and may be required above front door to keep continuity.

Chairs w pizazz. Furniture arrangement small LR. Cool lighting fixture. This is darn close to my actual taste, including favorite colors.

3/4 or all the way TILE the drywall to create break point between kitchen cabinetry and dining room/ coat nook. Then find a way to hang our glass art.

Color similarities to kitchen. White marble on the bar. I’m not in love. Too washed out. We have a lake and Virginia landscape (boggy greens), but not an ocean.

Bunk bed & style guest BR/ computer rm. (This is a garage) but reminds me of the house we almost bought in Irvington. This is my style wood. Doesn’t match the downstairs of my house but could easily go in one of the updates rooms.
