Per “Jim the Painter” Bob is the only good PM. All subs and “push problems back on others “ per Owenings family Reno and Patton painters.
Came out and suggested bumping out cantilever wall. Mostly subs but use the same subs the last 15 years.
Uses own crew. Cabinets via Reliable Cabinets in Oberlin (likely Medallion Silver line). Superintendent/PM tracks project with detailed timeline and contract with all change orders (no surprises at the end). Detailed design and selection phase before work can begin, realistically looking at late summer.
Minimal subs, mostly their own crews. Paul came out to our house to review foyer years ago. When following up he had our old info but did take a few weeks to schedule second time in o come out.
