We like the floating side tables and the pendant lighting.

Obviously we don’t have this scale but we picked this photo for the idea of a floating side drawer (ie it is closed and not open to hide the charging cables, books, glasses etc)

An inset is another idea but not sure we have the depth.

The contrast is interesting. This picture is also a good reminder about lighting as we need good reading lights above the bed.

We would choose a more contemporary light fixture but this is another good example of a possible side table with both a floating shelf and floating drawer.

We selected this photo for the idea of lights in the ceiling above the bed but that may not be possible with the projector.
