My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

If this kind of fake grass actually looks good I like the idea of defining a few areas and letting fake grass fill the rest. As compared to using pavers for everything.

I like just how the chair platform is raised by using several large slabs. Maybe we could achieve this approach with the raised area for the movie seating?
