My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Color is great! We're battling between a really dark blue/black/charcoal and a color like this. Black seems to run a higher risk of being "trendy" in 5 years whereas this seems more timeless.

Really like this one. Paint color with stone, wood, dark roof, natural wood door. Color isnt too green, brown, or gray but a balance of all of them.
