My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Toe kick drawer for kids in main bathroom? What about one that unfolds steps? What about when they fall off the steps… okay so just the toe kick drawer not the steps.

Keeps towels off the floor. But hooks might work better.

Pull out drawers. Make wide enough to hang Ikea organizer or build it in? Could it go between the tub and counter? One on either side - one for him one for me? Could we have just one sink? It’s going to be difficult to have a place for everything, and counter space is so nice vs having two sinks.
