Laundry Room Cabinet/Drawer Inserts and Drying Racks

Just included for the drying rack (Ballard Designs). If we did something like this, would we leave it white or paint it Polaris Blue?

These could work for the kitchen towels/napkins double hamper we mentioned. The overall size works but doesn't need to be configured exactly like this. They don't even necessarily need to be removable since they are for kitchen items - will likely be folding them right there. Would like for there to be some kind of ventilation if possible, though.

Do we have room for this instead of a drawer somewhere? Perhaps where a drawer would go above any or all of the three cabinets between the sink and washer/dryer?
